Baseball!

I love baseball for a plethora of reasons and firmly believe it's America's greatest game (if you want to know all my reasons I'd be happy to talk with you about them!:) )  During the course of the year, the first graders will learn baseball basics - fielding ground balls, throwing a baseball, catching with the glove, etc.  I have plenty of equipment to use, but if your first grader has a glove at home that you'd like him or her to use, you may send it in.

Baseball Guess Who?


There is an area in our room for Baseball Guess Who?  When children have some free time they are welcome to try to match the baseball players or broadcasters names to their photos.
